Who we are
RugSniff is a Solana token research and non-custodial trading interface. We provide risk analysis, market data, community callouts and a swap interface. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, custodian or investment adviser.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use RugSniff where doing so is illegal, including in sanctioned jurisdictions or places where crypto-asset trading interfaces are restricted. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
Non-custodial
We never hold your funds, private keys or seed phrases. Every transaction is built for you and must be reviewed and signed by you in your own wallet. Signed transactions on Solana are final and cannot be reversed by us.
Swaps and fees
Swaps are routed through Jupiter. RugSniff charges a platform fee paid in SOL inside the same transaction as your swap: currently 0.25% on the Free plan and 0.15% on Pro (shown before you sign). If the swap fails, no platform fee is charged. Solana network fees go to validators. Limit/trigger orders carry no RugSniff platform fee.
Subscriptions
Pro costs 9.99 USDC per 30 days, paid on Solana through the official Solana Subscriptions program. You approve the plan once from your own wallet; RugSniff then collects at most 9.99 USDC per period to its receiving wallet. If a renewal fails (for example, not enough USDC) we retry for up to 72 hours, then Pro ends. You can cancel any time from your account or wallet; access continues to the end of the paid period. On-chain payments are final and cannot be refunded by reversing the transaction. Card payments are not accepted.
Research, not advice
Risk scores, AI takes, callouts and leaderboards are information only — not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A LOWER RISK score never means a token is safe. Data comes from third parties (including Helius, Jupiter, DexScreener and GeckoTerminal) and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
Community content
You are responsible for what you post. No spam, scams, impersonation, market manipulation, or illegal content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Usernames can be changed at most once every 30 days.
Liability
RugSniff is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses, smart-contract or token failures, third-party outages, or wallet errors.
